We successfully managed the roll out of 200 Equipment Asset Sundae Krusher Machines, 191 K Carpigiani Machines for KFC from 2012 to 2019 for the facilities department. We resourced the project with the most effective talent including skilled mechanics, mechanical engineers and professional tradespeople.
CleanSource was responsible for the regular fortnightly cleaning and maintenance sanitisation services including regular 6 monthly tune up kit installations for the KFC Community across, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide.

Years of Supply Relationship: We worked closely with SPC and Coca Cola from 2010 to 2019 (9 years). We worked with Coca Cola for the Trial for the Perfect Fruit Machines in 2010-2012. When SPC commenced the project in April 2014 with the Gelmatic 151 and 258 machines Cleansource was engaged to manage the Brush Cleaning Services focused across 3 States, NSW, QLD, and Victoria.

We successfully onboarded 167 new GYG customer Nationally across Australia, to manage the Sundae Ice-cream machine clean and maintenace program, with the fortnightly compliance sanitisation service and 6 monthly Tune Up Kit Program.
In terms of workforce planning, we leveraged into our existing long term staff and trained them on the new Taylor 0736 Sundae Ice-cream machine and recruited to regional sites as required. We provide the customer a very focused rigourous system with real time tracking on our Service M8 App for full transparency of each service inclusive clear photos of the service. Reports to the customer are provided on a weekly basis to keep the customer up to date on the field service operation landscape updates.

Current 2026 – We currently provide preventative maintenance brush cleaning services and tune up kit program focused on the Taylor C706 Flavour Burst equipment for KFC.

Cleansource achieved an excellent outcome and reliable track record managing the 200 machines on a recurring fortnightly schedule and managing the 6 monthly tune-up kit program across all machines in metro Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Adelaide.
January 2022 to current – We hold the National Equipment Services Account for Guzman Y Gomez. Cleansource was engaged by the GYG project manager to manage the recurring
fortnightly sundae 0736 Taylor Machine brush cleaning service and Tune Up Kit Program.
Cleansource has a National-Foot-Print providing services across metro Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, Australia and some regional sites.
We take care of servicing 180 machines across a fortnightly brush cleaning service schedule and installation of the 6 monthly tune up kit program.
