The following travel/fuel rates are applicable as noted below.

| >40km | $20.00 |
| >50km | $40.00 |
| >60km | $50.00 |
| >70km | $60.00 |
| >80km | $70.00 |
| >100km | 0.90 cents/km |
| Standard Terms | A call out fee of $ 50.00 + GST |
| Public Holidays | Public Holiday surcharge is $ 60.00 + GST per labour hour (Single Unit Machine) and $ 90.00 + GST for a (Double Unit Machine) |
| Parking | Parking costs are billed if there is no parking on customer site. |
| Insurance | Cleansource is covered with $20 million public liability insurance through Youi Pty. Ltd Insurance. |
| Invoicing | Cleansource invoicing terms are strictly net 7 days from invoice, this is required in order to pay our staff on a weekly basis in accordance to the Cleaning Services Award, 2010. |
| Service Term | As per the Agreed Service Agreement in place. |
