We successfully onboarded 167 new GYG customer Nationally across Australia, to manage the Sundae Ice-cream machine clean and maintenace program, with the fortnightly compliance sanitisation service and 6 monthly Tune Up Kit Program.

In terms of workforce planning, we leveraged into our existing long term staff and trained them on the new Taylor 0736 Sundae Ice-cream machine and recruited to regional sites as required. We provide the customer a very focused rigourous system with real time tracking on our Service M8 App for full transparency of each service inclusive clear photos of the service. Reports to the customer are provided on a weekly basis to keep the customer up to date on the field service operation landscape updates.
